To achieve core functions, we may access the following information with your authorization
Purpose: Scan, read, display and manage PDF, Word, Excel, PPT and other documents on your device.
Data range: It only includes metadata such as the file name, path, size, and modification time of the document, and does not analyze or upload the content of the document.
Purpose: To perform the function of converting images to PDF and read the image files you actively select.
Restriction: Only used during the operation process and will not be saved to the server.
Purpose: Optimize file rendering and improve reading smoothness.
Data range: Only anonymous performance information such as CPU/ memory status and system version is available, and it is processed locally only.
During the operation of the application, we will only request permissions when necessary functions are triggered, and all requests must be explicitly authorized by the user. If the user refuses to authorize for the first time, when it is confirmed that the core function cannot be used, we will prompt again to explain the purpose and ask the user to manually enable it.

Purpose: Scan and read local documents such as PDF, Word, Excel, and PPT in the device for file import, list display, category management, and editing operations.
Collected information: Document file name, document type (PDF/Word/Excel, etc.), file size, creation time and modification time, local storage path
Note: This information is only read and displayed locally and will not be uploaded, stored or shared.
-FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE (Front Desk Service for Special Purposes)
Purpose: To keep background tasks running continuously when parsing or processing large PDF files (such as generating thumbnails, rendering multi-page documents), avoid interruptions, and ensure a smooth reading experience.
Collected information: No additional information is collected. It is only used to keep the process active.
Purpose: It is used for scanning paper documents or taking photos and converting them to PDF immediately.
Collected information: The content of images actively taken by users
Note: Only content taken actively by users is processed, and the camera will not be called up in the background.
Purpose: When users choose to use the "Image to PDF" function, to access image files in the album or media library.
Collected information: The file name of the image actively chosen by the user, file size and format (JPEG, PNG, etc.), and storage path
Note: It will not automatically scan or collect other unselected image files in the background.
Special Note
When requesting the permission to read all files for the first time, the purpose (document scanning, import and management) will be clearly informed through a pop-up window. The user must actively agree before the function can be enabled.

All document and image processing is completed locally on your device and will not be uploaded or transmitted over the network to our or third-party servers.
We do not integrate any advertising tracking SDKS and do not track or analyze user behavior.
